I battle PTSD every day and sometimes it’s almost more than I can stand and I am sorry Ray that you have suffered also. I, like Ray, have the love and support of a loving family and that makes a huge difference. Please keep your head up my brother and never ever give up!

Ray and Randy, Awesome Hunt!! Top of my list! Randy, I want to personally thank you for this episode- I’ve enjoyed your shows and adventures for years - and this just bumped to the “ the top of my friends list” as a A Disabled USMC Veteran and a Firefighter/AEMT, who loves to hunt and continues to serve, it means so much too me when people take the time to do something like this for my Brother’s and Sister’s in arms!! And even more when it’s someone like yourself whom I already respect and appreciate for all that you do for our hunting community and conservation, well it’s just like getting a large dipped cone @ DQ!! Ray, thanks for your service and I’m so thankful that you fought so hard during the dark valley of your life and where able to get back out and enjoy the experience of being in God’s great creation in our wonderful Country! Bless You, Brother!

A friend of mine hunts pronghorn with a bow. He took a piece of plexiglass and bolted two wooden trowel handles to it. He sprayed it with mirror spray. He puts the plexiglass in front of him and walks to the pronghorn. He says he can get within easy bow range as long as he keeps the mirror tilted downward so the reflection the pronghorn see is of the ground and shrubbery. He says if you tilt the glass upward it looks like a spot of sky opened on the ground and all you will see of the animals is dust.
