When you add another coin to the scenario, the probability of getting at least one heads on either coin increases from 50% to 75% When flipping a single coin with a 50% chance of getting heads, the probability of getting tails is also 50%. So the probability of getting tails on that one coin is 0.5. Now, when you add a second coin, you have two independent events: the first coin's outcome and the second coin's outcome. The probability of getting tails on both coins is the product of their individual probabilities of getting tails. Therefore, the probability of getting tails on both coins is 0.5 * 0.5 = 0.25, which means there's a 25% chance of getting tails on both coins. Since there are only two possible outcomes (heads or tails) for each coin, if the probability of getting tails on both coins is 0.25, then the probability of getting at least one heads on either coin is the complement of that. So the probability of getting at least one heads on the two coins is 1 - 0.25 = 0.75, which is 75%. so, when you add another coin, your probability of getting at least one heads increases to 75%. TLDR: Look at the chances of getting tails on both coins and extrapolate the chance of getting heads on one.

Here's a question that's been bugging me. You have a sac of four marbles. A red marble, a yellow marble, a blue marble, and a white marble. If you pull two marbles out at a time, how many ways could you end up with a red marble? Is it 6 ways or 3 ways? RW, RY, RB WR, YR, BR To me, a pairing of Red / White is the same as White / Red and doesn't count as a different way. That being the case, the first three pairings are the same as the second three pairings and thus its only three ways instead of six. Since I don't know the answer I am left to only speculate as to whether my logic is accurate or flawed.
