Great video, that was a long hike but worth it for viewwws. Unlike sheep, cows will not run away at the sight of little Layla, but will quite likely charge at her, especially if they have calves.

That road feels twice as long as it really is. If you go again you will have to get a pass to park at Mounthooly. Great to see Emily out and getting the outdoor bug. Thanks for sharing.

Class!! Camped just opposite where you were pitched before, the walk in is massive! Didn't know that you could park further in and cut off 3 miles of the walk! Ahaha think yo7 have to pay like £10 for the pass though! 😅 mint watch!

That is a very nice spot and a bit of a change from your regular top of the hill sites. I'm always a bit surprised at two contrary things. Firstly, that these places seem to have so few campers, and that people actually go out in weather like that. I think here in the States we tend to be more of a fair weather bunch, except the through and section hikers. Do most of your generation camp like this, or is it a minority of people? Emily is sure packing her share of the load. What a tough lady.

Thanks for watching brother. I think uk weather is tame compared to what you guys can get in the states, same with the wildlife. The worst we could come across is adders and midge 😅 a few youtubera deliberately go out in storms but that's not for me, if I get caught then fair play but I'd not intentionally go out in too bad weather :)
