Finding The Best Defense Formation in Clash of Clans

Today we gonna try to find how to build the best base in Clash of Clans. We'll try 6 different categories to sort our base and find the best performing base. Hitpoints, DPS, Cost, Rarity, Town Hall Level and Range we'll gonna try it all. Since a whole base is too much and there's a lot of inconsistency when we use it to test, we'll simplify it and use only 1 of each defenses as defense formation to test how sorting defense by those categories affect our defenses performance. For the tester we'll call PEKKA, Valkyrie and Electro Family to represent troops in Clash of Clans. Let's see which defense formation is the best? The result maybe different if we talking about a whole base but we can use the result of this test as reference to build our base. Enjoy!

well i build my base by spreading out all defenses throughout the base ofc the major defenses are at the core, the traps also play an important part, after watching about 50 defenses i put black mines where most had started queen walk

Just don't put your major defenses to close to each other. A lot of blimp based strategies heavily decimate these bases

as cool as this is, I feel like theres a huge element of building-synergy that can totally flip the value of a defense. for example, air sweepers combined with air mines has potentially to completely obliterate a mob of dragons, but a lone sweeper and randomly placed air mines won't do much on their own

I think it was missing depending on the level, for example, the cannons have 21 levels and the monolith only 2, the crossbows 10 and the airborne controllers 7, so I think it was also a category... Jsjs

Single Inferno keeps increasing the damage, but it's initial damage output is lower than that of the Air Defense

@@alanmarques3346 Sure,but the third stage of Inferno Tower attack is what makes it be good so talking about it considering the first stage is kinda unfair

@@sariel-dv1tk It's still too inconsistent. Most troops die way before inferno's tgird stage and most of the time, when it finally eeaches the third stage the target has already lost most of it's hp while the air defenses hits hard and deals consistent dps.
