the random elixir mode was very fun tho the way it work is from all your decks it will pick random cards' elixir cost, so if you got all 4 spirit, skeletons, and mirror then 5/7 chance you'll get 1 elixir mega knight or anything the best way is use royal recruits cuz they split up and there is nothing the enemy can do

I still remember the 2018 AF stuff. I thought the challenge joke was meant to reward you with a skeleton card for playing so much. I had no idea that other challenges couldn't be started while the joke challenge was active, and that the rewards spelled April Fools. Edit: also had no idea about this year's AF joke I too was caught off guard by the pay to play update going on an didn't play CR all month.

The insane part is that the whole Mortar April Fool's joke back in 2016? Yeah they made that an actual "Evolved" Mortar card for their whole Dark Elixir gimmick in current Clash Royale. Only difference is that it's Goblins riding the Mortar shells, rather than a full on Goblin Barrel. Imagine that.
