Btw, quick note, you can find a Multi Monster document that, supposedly isn’t redacted but that’s my opinion, in a rare room which has A-000 on “display.” On one of the couches, you can find the document, and if you try to open the door to A-001 it says, “We are NOT doing this. Period.”

Aside from just that, the gas in the Paranoia's Box containment cell is flowing out of it because the fans near the top aren't working, meaning the entire facility is filled with a diluted version of it. This is why you have cleithrophobia even if you never encounter chainsmoker in-game. I mean, it could also just be that chainsmoker is going through other areas and spreading the fumes around... But still, the fans are mentioned in the document.

That room you found with the bones is a reference to Iron Lung. The reason the room is tinted “brown” is because that’s not water outside, but blood. The strange white “portal” is a an unknown anomaly that you find in game. The sounds you hear in that room are the same as the sounds emitted by it in the original game.
