Definitely on time. I've been praying to God about finding the right community. I'm 23 and my current church has a young adults ministry, which I'm a part of, but it feels a bit clique-ish (they don't do it purposely of course) but everyone within the group has known each other for years and it just feels extremely hard to make genuine connections with people who already have established friendships. I'm still praying about it because I want to make sure my decision is being led by God. My mom strongly believes that if we're placed in these types of situations, God wants us to establish the change. Thanks for this video!

You have no idea how much I resonate with your comment. I moved away from home, so I only knew one church that I grew up in. I found a new church for the first time from a friend. At first, I was happy cause I really felt the presence of God, and the community was very welcoming, but as I joined their club and continued to go there, I felt that it was very “cliqueish” feeling because I was new and they all were already close with each other. And it doesn’t help that they are all a different age from me despite being around the same age. Please if you could tell me how you navigated that I would really appreciate it ❤💕and ty for sharing

It also was just very hard to relate to their walk as well. A lot of them grew up converting to Christianity but I grew up in a Christian home but was lukewarm until a few years ago. Even now I still feel like I’m at the beginning of my walk because of my slip ups, but idk i just feel incompetent, like as if my faith is weaker than there because I always identified as Christian, going to church as a kid and a Christian school, but all of them found Christ later in life, which I feel would make their faith much stronger.

This video is clearly a sign that God is trying to talk to me through you. I am currently split between two great churches and I don't know which one to pick just a few hours ago I kept thinking about which one I should choose and now you post this video. God is good. By the way great video I agree with every point and it definitely gives me more insight on what is the most important things I should look for when looking a church

God bless you Leah! This is definitely confirmation of direction from the Lord. I recently fasted for 3 days over this because I feel like I no longer am growing spiritually at my current church and was asking God if I should leave. I also have been through some health issues that have prevented me from going to church regularly so I started viewing service from an awesome church that streams on KZbin whenever I wasn’t at my church. At the end of my fast my answer from God was to listen more intently to Him, because He is always speaking to me. My fast ended last Thursday, and today I was led to become more involved with this other church online so I can receive what is lacking in my current church. I signed up for a bible study group today, and I’m excited to start! Thank you for allowing yourself to be used by God, keep up the great work you do!

The bible speaks of love and thats the foundation of the church. I just started seeing the word community and from my perspective they are trying to replace it with love. Everyone is looking for something but it would be much easier for us all if we start GIVING the love we are looking for. We are walking tabernacles. We can be the one who smiles, who is understanding, who checks up on some one. It is better to give than receive and you can start off by asking God how can i be what I'm looking for. GOD WILL DO THE REST

I moved to another state for college and I was literally looking for a church that I would be interested in about 20 minutes ago! RIGHT ON TIME.

Wow this actually answered a prayer lol. My church I basically grew up in had way too many old ppl, but services were on Saturday. Found a good Sunday church with ppl my age but I still felt like I needed a lil bit of my other church. Now that you saying it's okay to create a church smoothie, it just confirmed that I can definitely go to both churches for the time being until further instructions

You made a good point about seeking everything from one place. I used to think i could everything from one friend but only God can be perfect and everything for us. So we have to be surrounded by different people that bring different uplifting qualities

Mrs. Leah has wonderful advice for both individuals. I would like to mention when a person is not quite sure about their faith... Look for opportunities to exercise faith in different areas of one's life. We can always pray for an opportunity to have a problem that would require our faith muscle.👍May God bless you and keep you.

What about a church who is close friends with a female church member who is getting married to another female who is not from that church and that believe that God is a female spirit and that many women should take on leadership roles in the church otherwise there is a prejeduce problem and they also have strong ties to catholic church and they celebrate christmas and may also celebrate halloween but a christian manager of a community center is decorating the community center with halloween items and am sure that Jesus, God doesn't like this and warns against this. But please correct me if I am wrong about this. Thanks.

I have been praying to God in finding a church. I live in Atlanta, Ga where churches are at an overflow (it seems one on every corner). Sad thing is that the best teachings that I've gotten have been @Revelation River Ministries and @KevinLAEwing are two ministers who teach and break down the word of God precept via precept. So maybe for now my church is not within the brick and mortar, but outside. Either way, I will wait for God's directions and continue my studies and listen to the teachers he has bless me with.
