this girl says her voice doesnt aid her..... while her voice sits an octave above mine , and i am mtf trans. for the record, the voice can sit in a mix aswell and you can be nasal in your chest voice aswell

Can anyone explain to me, how much practice a day is considered enough, not enough, too much. If someone strictly spoke all day in the Mickey Mouse voice (or falsetto), how should they stay in falsetto, until they could drop down to what would be a normal voice? What if you have to go up a complete octave? How long should it take? What if the person can maintain a good 120hz or 300hz but has a problem with anything in between?

You don't want to be speaking in falsetto, it might help to extend your range at first but ultimately you should be using chest voice
