Love all your vlogs! even if I have been to the island for 20+ times, I still find your videos interesting and informative.

I appreciate that! Going 20+ to Boracay it must be your most favourite place!

Hey mate, thanks. I think that's my last Boracay video for a while. The next one is this really pretty resort in Pinay Island. I was really impressed by it. Keep well

I'm liking the way you rate the hotels Rob....rather than just numbers you use adjectives instead. that is way better imho
@FindingParadiseАй бұрын
Cheers. I think over the years I rated hotels with different scales. I need to stick to one!

Rob lives the life we all want to live, I’m going to Boracay for 10 days and spending 1 month in the Philippines with my Filipina girlfriend that I met in my country. I’ll be staying at Henann Crystal sands for 10 days and 5 days at Mövenpick Mactan, btw they brought the Ibiza food experience back and shows at the forum but the club is still under construction and I don’t expect it to be rebuilt anytime soon after the typhoon they had. I’d love to see a Mövenpick update video with your thoughts on the Ibiza Forum experience, I’ve seen tons of people asking about it because they expected the beach club to be open q4 2024 like they announced but there’s no chance for that timeline so a bunch of people wants to know how the experience is at the forum and how the resort is doing after the typhoon. Also Rob I would suggest you do a deep dive into the restaurants in Boracay, you seem to be there a lot, showing us what’s your favourite budget eats and more high end eats would be great, I’m struggling to find videos, there’s a few KZbinrs that show it in English but I would love your take of your favourite places. Last of all I would suggest showing the smoking sections, lots of us from the west and Europe are still degenerate smokers, I know it’s bad but it’s something I can’t get any info on and with Philippines being so strict on smoking it would be good to know what our options are in each resort.

Thanks for the feedback. I was at the Movenpick Cebu earlier this year, hoping to show the re opening of the Ibiza Club. They've had a lot of issues with it. They said 1st there were issues with the insurance. Apparently, it covered only structures on the land, not over the water which the Ibiza club did. Like you said it was supposed to open this year. They told me they even had photoghers booked for the reopening and then they had to cancel it all. Apparently it stopped construction as the local government needed some more paperwork on the design or structure so it would be "safe" (typhoon proof). They said they'd done this and submitted it. It's probably sitting on someone's desk (waiting for that brown paper bag under the table to get the tick of approval). I don't feel I'm a good foodie vlogger. I don't have a way with words to describe flavours. I do try to eat at the hotel's restaurant and give a quick overview of what I try and sometimes some nearby establishments. I will keep the smoking ideas in mind. I kinda don't look into that as a non-smoker.

The issue I have with the Four Points Sheraton is all the rooms above the first floor do not have balconies. Place looks like a office building. And as you said easy to get to top of station one. And also more important easy to get to Diniwid. Was there yesterday and was glorious!

Yeah, I think it's better to have the pool access rooms.
