Reason why we are sleeping on Angola is coz of language, they speak Portuguese so it's hard to network. But infrastructure is better than most other high profile nations on the continent. The Cuisine in Angola is very similar to Brazil or Mozambique, very Portuguese influenced.

Don't let the negative coverage by the mainstream westernies media colour your opinion. Look and research for yourself. Africa is and has been the fastest developing continent economically for the past decade. Old despotic and corrupt leaders are one by one being ridden of. Just look at a country like Tanzania who have reach middle income status 5 years earlier than IMF/World Bank etc... predicted. African are awakening and taking charge of our destiny. I did not say that in 25 years Africa will be perfect but i said that we will have made huge progress.

Angola is only underrated due to the fact that it's not an English speaking country but there are lots of places in Angola that you can mistake for Europe. I won't say the same for 95% of other African countries lol, hopefully all of Africa gets developed though.

@@mangopee I understand what you're trying to say but it doesn't change the fact that all the beautiful areas in the video are located in Luanda. You'll be surprised to know that there are people in developed American and European cities who sleep on the street, live in parks, bath in public washrooms, etc. The fact that African cities have more problems than Western cities does not mean we shouldn't appreciate the nice parts. We can encourage ourselves to do better by appreciating the good parts as we work on the negatives.
