When performing a lung assessment or head-to-toe assessment, you'll want to listen for abnormal (or adventitious) lung sounds.
Fine crackles tend to occur toward the end of inspiration, and they have a high pitch. These sounds are similar to that of a light cracks or pops of a fire.

Sadly enough, I have congestive heart failure and I had pneumonia last month and I have to say that having those crackles really really bothers me to know end! I don’t have pneumonia anymore and I’m glad about that but the crackles will still be occurring with me for the rest of my life because I have congestive heart failure and that’s what I literally hate the most!

When i breath out all air the wheezing noise gets wierd sounds plus i got a cold and allergies at the same time ,smoke from anything will make me wheez now a day's
