This system is interesting! What about vertical expansion joints? The video clearly shows that the gaps between the blocks are apparently between 2 and 3 mm. With the application of the cementitious coating on the external face of the wall, there is no propagation of cracks in the coating due to the effects of contraction and thermal expansion of the blocks?? How is this issue???

Since carrying stones is also costly, especially for those coming from far counties, how much would you charge to build blocks on site, considering provision of raw materials!?

Those blocks that have been used in this building are a wet pour block. They are able to be reinforced vertically, but, not horizontally, due to the design of the blocks. If you want to reinforce horizontally, you are going to be doing a lot of drilling! The blocks are good for integration of power, comms, water and gas lines within the wall, but, not sure how things would stand up in an earthquake. The blocks, due to the tabs on all sides, should fall back into their original positions, but, will the movement of the wall do damage to the services / utilities within the walls? That is the big question!
