What thickness is the veneer you use? Looks like it’s thicker than normal paper type. Beautiful work

Thank you ! I make my own veneer because I do not like to work with thin veneer. I make it 3 mm thick, that works best for me.

@@ronnie_rozenga ok. It makes sense alright. The thin stuff can be frustrating with breaking on short grain. I’m watching another of your videos and you can glue the edges too for a nice joint. So that’s 6mm in total when cutting. Probably need a decent blade and proper machine then for good cuts. Thanks for reply and you do good work.

Thank you Garrett ! I use the Pebeco 3 scroll saw blades for the marquetry. They work best for my 3 mm thick veneer.
