Whatever the Berry note is in Among the Clouds by BBW goes well with this perfume! I found an old Victoria Secret Cherry Bomb (Beauty Rush) body double mist that makes the cherry really pop! I also love to turn it coconut w/ the Sunset Glow. I’m a Musk is just right for my chemistry ❤!

Yess!! Anything Berry really goes right along with this loveliness! Sunset Glow has just that right touch of cherry to blend seamlessly with it as well, I'm with you in that. 🤗 I used to own every single one of these Beauty Rush's from back in the day!!! Oh my goodness they need to bring those back ! Ty for sharing your thoughts 🫶💕

This is one of my favorites from the line! I love both the body spray and fragrance…the fragrance being my fave of course lol! Hopefully they’ll stock this more in store and online! I wasn’t able to find either in store and got lucky to snag both when I was notified the were in stock to ship…both sold out immediately after I bought them, which is crazy! I just ordered the cherry in my recent Genre order and am excited to try it! They are one of my favorite small indie/niche brands and I am so happy you introduced them to me!! Sunset Glow is one i wish I had a back-up of and really hope they bring back this season! I have to try layering the cream with both the Fine’ry spray and fragrance tomorrow! I know I’m a Musk is a hit or miss and I’m one the of the ones that like it lol…so it definitely has to be the way it works with different body chemistry. I don’t get that “pickle scent” and find it to be just a nice, cleaner scent. I want to try layering it with different scents, but honestly haven’t worn it that much yet (too many other things I’ve been trying and enjoying more at the moment 😂)!

This Not Another Cherry is solid!!! They did a great job with it! I'm sure the EDP does very well! Yup, it sold out the day after I got my mist, it's crazy how they can't keep it on stock! I think you'll Love Black Cherry if you Love this!! I'm happy to lead people to Genre because I really enjoy their quality of fragrances and customer service! 🥰 Let's not talk about how I'm a musk legit hurt me.😂 I definitely didn't get the kind of chemistry that rocks with it, lol. Enjoy!!!!... and I'm not gonna lie, I'm jealous!!😂

I almost paired Sunset Glow with Genre’s Black Cherry. I ended up being in a hurry, and grabbed a nearby tropical style white floral instead, but it still is a funny coincidence to me as I’ve never tried this combo before. I’m going to have to try it tomorrow! 😊

I think you've started reading my mind. My SOTD is my Lost Cherry dupe from Alt with Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere. The Fresh Cream doesn't stick around but while it's there I have the best cherry crisp with vanilla ice cream scent bubble going on. Will definitely have to try it with some of the combos you mentioned.

Thanks for reminding me yet again that I've got to get my nose on the Very Sexy Orchid. I own Genre's Black Cherry and I really love it. Tom Ford's fragrances really are beautiful and unique (until everyone else dupes them. lol) but they just have no staying power. I won't even spend my money on a cheapie that doesn't give me 8 hours. Thanks for spending your hard earned money to figure out which ones are worth MY money. 😄

I haven’t tried a ton of Tom Ford’s more expensive fragrances, but I can definitely say after wearing Black Orchid for many years when it came out, that fragrance lasts all day and stays on your clothes for days!! The silage and projection is also great…so if you haven’t tried that, you should get a sample

I think I want to try this scent profile with different vanilla and ambers. I have midnight Amber and warm vanilla sugar body cream from B&BW and I have a feeling it will be wonderful with those. I don’t gravitate much to a cherry scent but I do have the dossier version Andele feel that’s enough for me although I smelled the Kayali one and think I like that one the best so if and when I run out of the dossier I might just get kayali to replace it.

Yes🤗 vanilla and ambers will go perfectly with this cherry. That Kayali Burning Cherry is great and goes very well with this!

Hola, hola, Janelle! I have enough Lost Cherry inspirations but it is great to know this could be another option. Regarding the Musk offering, I enjoy musk and haven't had any pickle experience, at least to my nose ;) 😉

I felt the same way about having enough EDP Lost Cherry, but will sure use the mist.🤗 I'm glad you enjoy the musk!! I also didn't get to grab the Santal this time around, but I'll try it out soon!

@@janelle-scenttalkfrommycloset I know Jungle Santal is possibly not as well blended but for me to be able to capture a perceivable scent cloud 20 minutes into the wear is unusual. :) if I secure a bottle, I let you know;)

I’ve never had a dill pickle scent, but people talk about it often enough, so I’m kind of curious to see what they mean. Maybe I’ll try the musk one next time I’m in the store. I generally don’t loveboverly musky or Smokey fragrances, so I can guess how it will go, but I still want to know! 😅

Thanks so much for this review and the layering combos! I too am going to pass since I have so many cherry options that I love, and I feel picking this up would be redundant. OMG your toe!! That perfume bottle needs to calm down and stop beating people up 🤣
