as someone who works for a large beauty store chain I am so glad someone is speaking sense!! drunk elephant is not worth the hype imo so many other amazing brands out there for a fraction of the price.. although I am so shocked at the hourglass concealer, one of my ride or die products 😮🙈

As I said in the video I do like the hourglass concealer and I think it could work better for other people (such as yourself). I am just loyal to my too faced concealer which works so well, comes with so much more product and is cheaper too! 🫶🏻

4:13 La Mer and Nivea cream are both made with mineral oil and petroleum, that CT moisturizer probably is too. Those ingredients make the cream feel really rich, so people think it’s luxury if they don’t know about drugstore creams.

Hourglass concealer PERFECT shade match and it looks amazing when you first apply it but yes it creases massively! Looks dry and crepey within an hour (with or without setting powder)

The tower 28 spray is sooo expensive. I live by hypoclorous acid, but not that spray. I get an 8oz bottle (2x the amount) for $11. Less than half the price 😅

Tbh I am still figuring out what sunscreens work for me too. But currently I use the Mecca To Save Face sun serum (only available in Australia) and it works really well for me! I also enjoy the round lab sunscreen too!

@@lottieee_zzz unfortunately haus labs isn’t available in Aus, but luckily I have tried the nars foundations. Light reflecting is my favourite foundation. It’s light weight, medium coverage, looks beautiful on the skin - it’s incredible! Great for dry skin too as it’s quite hydrating 🫶🏻

The magic cream is amazing but you are 20… that’s for 30+ ! Also, the DE moisturizer is definitely NOT for combo/oily skin; I have combo/dry and for me it didn’t do much… I’m also in my 30’s but even in my mid twenties nothing. So again it depends on the weather, age and skin type/needs.
