Options when you're sued and agree to pay

I know this video is old but I still have a question. In 2018 I had a sudden job loss that destroyed me. I lost my apartment, my car was repossessed and my credit tanked because I couldn't pay my credit cards. The finance company, Ford Motor Credit, eventually hired an attorney and sued me. I met with the attorney a few minutes before the hearing and we came to an agreement on what I owe and we made a payment arrangement. That arrangement worked for me at the time but now I am in a bad financial situation and I cannot afford to pay. I am 100% positive that I am "judgement proof" as I have little income, no assets, no real estate, no savings, no 401k... literally nothing. What should I do?
