Thank you for the walk through. Are you booking 2 different rooms in your same stay? How was the transition between 2 rooms. Did you have get all your stuffs luggages to front desk to re-checkin for the different room, or how does it work? Thanks in advance

We asked to switch after a few nights of not using the rooftop terrace so I didn't have multiple rooms on the original reservation. It was based on availability but they said it was a downgrade since the swim up was priced lower so there's no refund of the difference. We were able to stay in the rooftop room until the swim up was ready on the day of the switch. Once the room was ready, they sent someone to the room with the new room keys and to help move the bags. It was in the same building (5) just on the first floor so we didn't have to go far.

Weather was great but very hot. We spent plenty of time in the water to cool off, which was perfect for us!

We used seasons tours for the transfer. It's included with the resort when you book direct for 3 or more nights.

Great video! They should put it on their website. We have an upcoming trip to Finest with our three year old. Any idea if they provide toddler-sized life jackets at the resort, or should we bring our own?

Thanks! I'm glad it was helpful! I would bring your own, that way you know it's always available. I didn't see any life vests for kids offered and most of the kids at the kids club were not wearing them. Our favorites right now are the puddle jumper for more active swimming and the swim ways step 2 toddler spring float. We discovered that one on Amazon and used it on a recent trip (video coming soon) and it's super stable for letting toddlers move around and you don't feel like you have to hold them the entire time.

We were there back in August sans kids, and are considering going back with them in October. What does the resort provide for bedding for the kiddos?

All the Jr suites have sofa beds that could comfortably sleep 2. They also have family suites with a separate bedroom with two twin beds. If you need a crib, they will also provide that.

The food was actually really good. We didn't eat at the buffet much but all the a la carte restaurants were great. And they always accommodated my husband's wheat allergy with good options!

Nope, we didn't see any restrictions on bringing it and didn't have any issues.

We used seasons transfers since it was included with a 3+ night stay when you book direct. Other than the delayed pre-trip communication we had a great experience.

My husband actually has a gluten allergy and they did a great job accommodating him! The host asked about allergies when we were seated and we made sure to tell each server when we ordered.

Do waiters come up to the the swim ups for drinks ?

YES! Ours faced the main pool and they made regular rounds. We didn't request drinks but they kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. There are also bottles of alcohol in your room and mixers in the fridge if you wanted to make a drink yourself.
