Beautiful family and great video! My wife and I started with Excellence when it was just us and then moved over to Finest once we had our first child and now returning next week with 2 boys now lol. Having stayed many times but being the first with 2 children (2 years old and 10 months old) I never previously had the need to look into a family suite. We have the swim up suite booked but I recently became aware of the family swim up. However, Ive read from others that this can only be requested at the time you check in and is only based on getting lucky that one is available at that time. Is that accurate to your experience?

Hello. I can't seem to find this suite with the extra bedroom on their website. Can you please tell me which one it is. The club junior family suite doesn't seem to have the pool and the one with the pool doesn't have the extra bedroom. I'm so confused. Haha. Thanj you x

If you opt to exit your suite through the swim up pool to head to the beach, can you lock the back glass door from the outside? Then can you unlock it from out there too, when you’re ready to return?

You're in the same room we stayed in!! Was so convenient to walk to the pool and beach where they had a cabana ready for us every single morning. The pool bartender would even come by our pool for drinks! This is my favorite resort hands down (CLUB room). I miss it so much! Btw love your channel 👍🙂. I heard cases are going up a lot. Are there talks of a lockdown happening. We are booked for November. Thanks!

Wow how cool! Yeah we loved this location. It was so easy to walk everywhere. I did hear they’re thinking of doing a lockdown but I imagine that would only apply to places outside the resort (like bars and clubs on the main strip) If you stay on property I think things will be normal. Have an amazing time!

Hi Neha, would you mind sharing how you booked this suite? We can’t find it on the website and we have three kids, the one with the swim up doesn’t have the extra bedroom and the family suite doesn’t have the swim up….thanks in advance for any info

@@ThisIsTheLinFam we booked through my travel agent. But we had only requested the Club Family room. When we checked in they gave us the family swim out (we didn't request for it but they gave it to us). I think there are only 2 Family Club swimouts so you may have to book it in advance.

She just said it’s sold out and kept pushing for the family suite with a private pool, when I said I want the swim out not the private pool and asked the next available date for the swim out she just hung up on me.
