The gate has now been fully finished and installed, which wasn't the case before. The landscape lighting and the completed perimeter wall are new additions that look fantastic. I've had the privilege of watching all the previous videos and my most unique structural difference can be seen from the first video posted and this recent. Towering columns The columns right at the entrance of the house are really beautiful. You can see the significant change on it. The build work is really good and the painting in the recent video comes out well done. Versace Design Gate/Perimeter Wall The perimeter wall that we is now complete with a handcrafted gate that has a Versace design. That structure wasn't there before but now it just completes the house. Glass sliding Doors. There's a huge difference from the previous video because without the glass sliding door the access to the balcony wasn't that giving but now oh my I love how the door slides and gives you access to the balcony Handcrafted vintage door. I love the handcrafted vintage door right at the entrance that gives you the old money vibes. Tiling. Tiling in this mega mansion is really coming out well. You can really see the huge difference in the bathroom walls. Those tiles are really well chosen. Let's be there for our men during this month and any other day. We love them.

5 structural changes I have noticed from the previous video are; 1. Previously, the gate was still undergoing final touches. In the recent video, the gate is done and fixed. 2. The tall pillars just at the entrance of the house have now been painted with warm tones for the inner poles and grey on the outer poles. They have added life to the entrance of the house. 3. The sky lights on the 2nd floor have undergone remarkable changes as they have now been framed. They allow the house occupants get the full experience of that area. 4. A kitchenette has been introduced in the master bedroom catering to other needs of the bedroom's occupants. It was not there previously. 5. The big frosted glass bathroom doors in the master bedroom carried the day for me. Spectacular!

I admire how Fine Urban and interior construction is more than just constructing walls and a roof , its about creating beautiful and unique spaces that reflects every need. 1.First and foremost as you approach the entrance, i see a gate that was being crafted before has now been installed with a small walk -in gate . The beautifully customised gate enhances the aesthetic appeal creating a welcoming atmosphere. 2. The go green initiative. I love how fine urban has planted grass,plants and flowers at the backyard that before wasn't present. There's also an addition of a beautiful artificial butterfly centre piece which adds colours to the backyard. I can't wait to seee the huge impact of what the indigenous plants will add visual impact of the outside of the house. 3.There's an addition of 2 bull sculptures at the backyard that were not present before. Addition of these sculptures is a form or art that allows the King and Queen of the house to express their personal style and taste and hence extending the beauty of a home beyond it's interior. 4.As you walk into the house, you can clearly observe in your previous video that the main door had not been installed.But in this video, we can see there's a beautiful vintage hand crafted door has been installed. What's more amazing is that fine urban and interiors crafted and designed the door from scratch. This is a major reasons as to why fine urban projects are long lasting. 5.The customised cabinetry in the master bedroom is also a major structural change.From your previous video, we can see in the master bedroom the huge cabinetry still being customised but in thid video we see the cabinets have been fully done in details in the walk-in closet . This exquisite mansion is really one in a million 😍 Every detail from the material selection to the craftsmanship has been meticulously thought out and I can’t wait to see the final design. From the last video you still hadn’t planted the grass near the entrance opposite the gate,some part of the perimeter wall and also behind the gazebo. Right now there is so much greenery and it adds on to the element of nature. I love how the plants and flowers have grown in that little corner near the sculpture…they really do add a pop of color ~The addition of more steps from the front of the yard leading you to the gazebo were previously not there. ~in the front farcade..the pillars at the end have been painted with a beautiful gray color that blends so well with the shapes and textures..it’s giving simplicity and luxury. There are so many details here like the excellent molding work at the base and tops of the pilllars which looks so elegant and welcoming . The walls also have beautiful textures that blend so well with the warm tones ~the door leading to the house has such a beautiful vintage bronze color and exquisite handcrafted details. This is why I love Fine urban for using the best experts and materials to make sure everything comes out precise . I love how the design of this door continues to let in the natural light..it looks so beautiful especially when it hits those floor tiles ~The cabinetry and shelving for some of the rooms has been added…this includes the room on the ground floor,the space in between the living room and kitchen,the 2 rooms on the first floor and also the master bedroom and office. ~the skylight ceiling has now been framed and painted ~ the living room and game room now have a beautiful gypsum design on the ceiling. Fine urban real estate construction and interiors you guys I must say that I have been in love with the kind of craftsmanship that I see in your projects. Personally I am an environmentalist and each project that fine urban does never miss the green spaces in the compounds. Look at how the green initiative is beautiful in this project .I just love the environment so much. I have taken my time since this was posted and there's so many things that I could point out starting with the exterior of the whole Mega mansion. Scroll down to the first video then look at this one and marvel at how the exterior of the house has turned out to be🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. This is so perfect and beautiful The end product of the perimeter wall is astonishing. I mean it's providing security to the mega mansion but in a beautiful way. Who makes a beautiful perimeter if not fine urban. The cap stones are not well placed and painted white we have the iron rail rods too then finally we have the gate that is now complete. You've asked us to guess which brand inspired the design so I'll go with Versace, that's because of the box like craftsmanship which look like this fake Versace tshirt that they sold me on the streets 😂😂but I love it and it's also a sliding gate and the small walk in gate is also attached to it. The pillars, the pillars, the pillars have a high end finishing. There's the beautiful molding details at the bases of each giant pillar. I mean look at that video from a few months ago and look at this pillars now and how fine urban real estate construction and interiors has played around with colours. Those are really six beautiful giants giving the mansion a rich vibe. Spiral staircase, spiral staircase coming up with the right kind of spiral staircase is not easy. I was really waiting to see how it would turn out and just by seeing how seamless you are going up with ease, shows how this spiral staircase is well done. The lift is great but I would prefer to go up and down using the staircase ❤❤❤❤ Balcony access is really smooooooooth. Little details but you notice if only you listen and keenly look. Those sliding Doors are perfectly fit. The balcony was open with the rail and glass but look at it now. You can have your views from your balcony not feeling like you gonna fall off because we have the glass protection now. Framing the skylight. That ceiling is beautiful and perfectly done. The kind of ligh that we get from the skylight is really good. Look at the inside edges of the skylight. They are lit and once this project is completely done. We'll see how fine these guys at fine urban interiors can be.. Allow me to please also mention the master bedroom ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤the walk in closet the washroom the tiling and compare that with five months ago on this channels 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗. That is a massive beautiful change. I love fine things and fine urban real estate construction and interiors are cooking so let them cooooooooooook ❤❤❤❤. The gate has a charming blend of elegance and functionality. It is a true masterpiece of design and craftsmanship. Its graceful, swirling form adds a touch of elegance and whimsy to the space, almost like a sculpture. I'm in love with the concrete steps that have fitted so perfectly. To me this spiral staircase isn’t just a functional element, it’s a charming centerpiece that brings a sense of playful sophistication and architectural beauty to the home. I'm also in love with the big windows at the staircase for natural lighting. 4. The master bedroom is a haven of comfort and elegance. This dreamy retreat features large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The executive bedroom office creates for one an office at the bedroom. The launch area where one can relax with their partner with no destruction. I have also observed the walking closet, the frosted glass doors at the bathroom for privacy and the sinks at the bathroom. 5. Centre piece of the butterfly that is handcrafted it is so colorful and it was not in the previous project. The butterflies have acted as an accessory and it's a delightful reminder of nature's elegance and the simple pleasures of life.

Trust Fine Urban to take their time to present and bring out the best in everything they do.This meticulous craftsmanship of the pillars stand out. 2. From your previous video posted 1 month ago, i noticed you had not installed the sliding gate . It was actually being on final stages of crafting. Also noted the perimeter wall had not yet been fully done , but on this video , i can see a beautiful Fendi design gate has been installed and it's operational and the Perimeter wall is now completely done. This structural change not only provides a protective barrier but also defines the property barrier. 3.From your previous video posted, posted one month Ago , i didn't see a door when Cynthia entered the mansion, but on this video there's a beautiful Vintage door that has been installed.I love the fact that Fine Urban and Interiors did the craftsmanship of the gate hence promoting local talents. I found myself smiling when Cynthia said it was her first time interacting with the beautiful doors 😊 4.Lets go to the backyard before i forget. You can clearly see a huge difference with the greenery. The indegineos plants have really grown, the grass and flowers have really grown hence creating a natural environment and a sense of paradise.The two bull sculptures couldn't go unnoticed i absolutely love them.Kudos Fine Urban for this amazing work. 5.In your precious video on this Tatu City project, I have observed that most rooms , storage cabinets were not yet installed, but in this recent video i can clearly see that Fine Urban and Interior has done the most in terms of adding storage customised cabinetry . This has really added a significant value to the rooms and elegance. 6.In this video you can see the Living room has beautiful Gypsum ceiling.The traditional inbuilt fireplace couldn't go unnoticed. This feature adds a touch of elegance and also a source of supplemental heat for this Mansion. It also adds an instant ambiance to the Living room 7.The highlight of this house for me is the master bedroom, just to mention a few features that really made me fall in love. The master bedroom is so spacious with a simple a simple gypsum design. I also noticed a customised kitchenette is another structural feature that was added in the master bedroom. This feature will provide a small space especially for people who like late nights enjoyment or a drink time to time. Also you can easily stock out your small fridge with snacks that you want the kids to stay out of. This for me was an excellent addition.The huge walk-in closet adds a touch of luxury and also provides ample storage space and allows for easy organisation and access to all your clothes and shoes.The attention to detail is amazing and it makes this house stylish, modern and timeless.This is one feature that i must add when building my home. 8. Lastly, the basement, i cannot wait to see how Fine Urban will create it to be functional by adding a gym ,games room and storage space. The 2 bull sculptures have now been strategically placed ahead of the gazebo. They truly complement the outdoor space. 2. A door uniquely made with handcrafted elements has now been fixed at the entrance of the house. It contributes to the character of the house. 3. A handcrafted shelf has been introduced in the office in the master bedroom. The textural elements designed on the shelf speak to the level of skill employed. 4.
