Can use fingerbot out Home with mobile data or other wifi ?

I noticed that once you have setup the Fingerbot to the Smart Gateway you can actually just operate it from any network. I switched my phone to the 4G network and Im still able to operate the Fingerbot :)

I got my finger bot and glued it to a spare garage door opener for myQ chamberlain garage door and now I can tell Alexa to open AND close myQ garage door. Next thing to do is wire permanent power to it

Can I use it on an Xbox controller to auto spam A button inputs on a push and hold setup? (2 second hold followed by a release and repeat it automatically until I turn it off?

I have a light that I want to put it on, but to turn the light off you need to hit it three times to go through modes. Would I be able to set this to click three times when turning off in someway?

I don't need to use this on wifi so do I need the controller. I only want to ask alexa to send the Bluetooth signal to the robot using the smart life app.

I believe so. I don't think Alexa can send the command with the controller but I could be wrong on this.

Do you need the gateway hub to make it work with Alexa? I have just the fingerbot and it works with the app. But it won't work with akexa.

I think so. I think you have to have the hub for anything interest related like Alexa.

Hello. Please can you tell us how many hubs do you need with a group of fingerbots. For example: 1 hub per Fingerbot or 1 hub can control several Fingerbots. If so how nay Fingerbots can be controlled on 1 hub. Thanks

Just one hub can control several fingerbots and many other Zigbee devices as well. But if the Fingerbot can be connected via Wi-Fi, then you will not need a hub😉

Is it possible to share the fingerbot, for example via a link? My need involves having guests open the gate of the house by providing them with access to a link or something similar...

Hi, can I also command it when I'm outside the house? I live in an apartment, and when no one is home, the courier has no choice but to return. We press a button for the speaker and building door. Maybe this device can also be prompted by the Google Home app.
