Randall Carlson is a living legend and the wisest teacher I've ever come across. I had the great privilege to go on two geology tours with him this year. I learned more in those few weeks than I did in all my years of college. There is no substitute for getting out in the field and experiencing this stuff first hand. Much of the trip was not recorded, but thankfully we had a camera rolling when Randall gave this talk in the late hours of the night, by the fire, under the desert stars. This video is a short glimpse into the great wealth of knowledge that Randall possesses. If you want to go on a geology expedition with Randall, here is a link to future trips contactatthecabin.com/ (I will be joining a few of these as well) If you enjoyed this video and want to help create more, please consider supporting After Skool on Patreon www.patreon.com/AfterSkool Don't lose your sense of wonder. Thank you! *In a greater context,* the world is *a place where you have come to serve, to give and to reunite with those whom you are destined to meet, to know and to participate with.* This definition, though universally true, is a truth that is not accessible to many human beings at this stage of development, for they are much too focused on survival and gratification to be able to see its importance. However, even as you grasp this idea and begin to experience it within your own range of relationships and understanding, *it opens up a whole new panorama, a greater vista where things can be seen and known which could not be seen and known before.* From: *Greater Community Spirituality* Chapter 2: What is the world? by *Marshall Vian Summers*

You are absolutely right on being focused on survivor mode. It makes it hard to focus on other aspects of life when you are in the streets fighting to survive. The question is how did I get here? Was it my own doing? Did I actually just say one day I'm done, or was I pushed to the edge of a cliff and pushed over it? I find it funny how I got here. While Joe blow was pushing me over the cliff, he was handing MY gold (My son) to another. When Larry was sent in to destroy what I was trying to restore and beat me up some more, then I tried to escape again, and Mikel was sent in, then trying to escape again (all the while trying to maintain my health) another was sent in to wake me from my sleep every night and upset my good habits. So you see when you keep trying to swim and survive sharks are waiting to attack around every corner

Absolute truth and more sublime artwork. And i can assure you that nothing will impact the Earth, at least not until our work here is done and balanced has been restored, but i feel once we achieve that there will be no need for such devastation ever again.

all we have to do as a species is change our perspective on what intelligent life is and we will become more intelligent. All life wants to live. All life wants to expand. All life wants to connect to all other life. I don’t understand why the common sense that all life is one and the same was erased from the majority of humanity. Life is crazy interesting, but most of us choose to be normally bored.
