FINIC Amazingly Fast Manual Briquettes Press.
Manual means of pressing briquettes employing conventional means, is a drudgery ridden process. To speed up things, FINIC has invented an amazingly fast manual briquettes pressing machine.
The machine has a hopper and a magazine. The hopper holds the powdered biochar or none biochared material awaiting to be pressed. The magazine ensures that the the quantity delivered to the pressing chamber is almost always the same. By that way, uniformity of the density of all brquettes is almost the same.
Each pressing operation amounts to 21 briquettes pressed and each weighs 107 grams. A total of 2.2kg of dried briquettes will be pressed in every batch. For a well experienced operator, each pressing operation will last for about a minute. In an 8 hour day operation, a little over 1 ton (50 bags of dried briquettes each of 20kg) will be produced. This is equal to a little over 6 bags per hour.
