Hello friends
In this video I learn to make husk charcoal briquettes at home.
1. Roast rice husks until black
2. Mash the husk charcoal until smooth then sieve (1,1 kg)
3. Make glue dough from tapioca flour (200 grams of flour is melted a little water then doused with boiling water to form a glue dough)
4. Mix the refined husk charcoal with the glue mixture
5. Print the husk charcoal then hang to dry (3-5 days)
Grilled Fish Seasoning:
Candlenut, nutmeg, ginger, lemongrass, shallot, garlic, coriander, pepper, turmeric, salt, flavoring, cayenne pepper, tomato and vegetable oil.
