FINIS Foil Monofin: Learn to Dolphin kick

I bought one of these at the end of March 2018 at the advice of a collegiate swimmer. I am a competitive swimmer and I really needed help with my dolphin kick for both wall turns and the butterfly stroke. When I first put it on I immediately noticed that my leg timing was off (One leg tried to kick up first) this has been a huge help in correction of my leg timing. I can now do butterfly without the fins, I'm not that good at it and the more I use this monofin the better my form correction is getting. I recommend this for absolutely anyone.

@1999intoallthesongs Sorry the response is so late, but I would recommend you trying out our Rapid Monofin or Wave Monofin depending on your foot size. These fins allow you to have fun in the water along with getting in a healthy workout.

Really love this product. Just tried. Even practiced dolphin kick for first time, with Finis Foil Monofin, can easily learn how to kick.

***** I understand that dolphin kick and butterfly kick are the same, but kick only dolphin kick is good with foil monofin, but when I do full butterfly stroke, foil monofin is too heavy and drag me, I can't pull myself up to breathe. Any advice?
