Thank you for this. So many videos focus on how to finish off with fringe when, obviously, you're not going to want to fringe absolutely everything you do.

Thankyou for making this so clear. My daughter was about to throw out her loom as the instructions said nothing about ever getting her weaving off it!

This looks like a cool, simple method. Would it be possible to hide the whole warp thread under the weft --instead of having it stick out from the back?

Provided you run the warp thread through for about an inch, you should be able to cut the warp thread close to the weaving and tuck it in.

Could you do a video showing how to make floating shapes then filling all the spaces? :), like not making shapes from the bottom but making the shapes first :)

Thank you so much for getting back to me. My brother bought me a loom for Christmas which I am working on right now and as I am working it the sides are starting to bow in... the round ones I've been working on have been curling up but just the last few rows so they don't lay flat. I need to watch more of your videos. I am getting so frustrated 😕

Hi Giamarie Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I have a couple of suggestions for your next weaving. Make sure you warp it with a tight tension. However, not so tight that you can't get the yarn and your fingers through. Also make sure you bubble the yarn evenly as you pass it through and before you beat it down. I have another video on the basic 'plain weave' that shows you how to bubble the yarn. Unfortunately, once the edges start to come in there is no pulling them back. Hope this helps. Feel free to email me a photo if you need any further suggestions. Pat

Thank you so much Pat! I will go and watch that video right now. I appreciate all your suggestions. Very nice of you to help me out. I just took a picture of what I am doing right now. I wanted to make sure that the middle was kind of even so I did that now so I can adjust it and work around it after. _lh3.googleusercontent.com/3kcYv8WKSb2eiq4Xns3_TR2QTVG2jL3ZILgm7pGvqILanuKRCZwLEdvVn1G3FjQlxl_hE03FGzA_
