Big hugs 🤗 OMG your shawks are gorgeous. I lost count of the hats I've been making 😆 The Stenli is so pretty.

The two shawls are very beautiful. And hats look really warm. Your aunt is very lucky that you are making a Stenli table runner for her.

Yes, I think I will make sure she knows the yarn comes from Bulgaria and it's hand wash only. Thank you so much, thanks for watching and commenting.

Hi Nessa. Seems I am always playing catch up. I love the shawl and the colors you used. I don't think I would add the tassels. Thanks for sharing.

It's ok Ivette, I took a small break these last few weeks so that should give you some time. I appreciate you watching my videos. Thanks so much for the compliment, for sharing, watching and commenting. I ended up not adding the tassels as well. I just don't think they hold up very nicely over time.

I'm working on the Turkey Trot too and I went down to an H after doing my gauge swatch. Not doing another one LOL. I'm using Herrshner's sparkly Halloween yarn in Sorceror.
@infinitelyzero2 ай бұрын
oh that should be nice, thanks for sharing that. I read your comment and thought I should go further down than a 5mm hook so I tried a 4.5mm and I met gauge with that. I know I crochet loosely but I can barely see the stitches using that small of a hook size. After making the 1st gauge swatch I'm not very motivated to make this cardigan which isn't a good sign. I love the yarn but I don't like the making the stitches. Good luck and I hope yours comes out ok. I was very off of the gauge with the first one I did. That sparkly yarn is nice, it is a bit thicker than ferris wheel (which in my opinion is closer to a thin 4, or a #3 dk weight). Thanks for watching and commenting.

@@infinitelyzero I know what you mean about going down too far for the stitches to be fun anymore. It's slow going for now - I think it'll be pretty but I think I will need to steam block SUPER hard to get it to be lacy.
@infinitelyzero2 ай бұрын
@@FireLakeCreations yea I agree and it is hard to see the stitches when they are so small and the yarn is so busy. I'm usually cold most of the time so I need/like warmer sweaters that are not going to let all the cold breezes in when it's winter and I'm wearing it.
