It’s hard to believe that you can get top quality workmanship, new teak decking, high end audio/visual, bespoke everything and the whole of the exterior polished along with engine service (I think I heard on the last visit). All that and more for one million pounds ?, bargain.

There's no getting away from the pure skill of the the design team and the craftspeople who carried out the work. Some of the customers choices are not my thing at all but good on them for being bold enough to choose what they like and if you're spending a million quid it's 100% your choice.

Gotta say the owner has good taste!! Sometimes when people get highly custom decor in their house or boat, it can start to look like a pachinko parlor. Or they go the complete opposite, paint everything with a $20 5 gallon bucket of landlord white. Or the worst, the repressive 50 shades of grey look with none of the kinky shit. This boat is beautiful, especially the heads, that's next level with the custom tile(is it considered tile??)

Very nice. Onboard it's basically impossible to see that it isn't brand new. Not only looks new but salon design is very good, not just new. I'd rank the design among the very best. Many of the series producers do not achieve this level of design. I take it the windows in the master were cut larger? if possible in general that would probably be good to do in all the cabins, away from the porthole type small windows. Without those it would be near impossible to date it. But it's very well done. I would hesitate to spend a lot renovating a boat but this turned out well.

The work Chris and his team do is outstanding, the detail is just wonderful. They've taken a 12 year old MY and transformed it into a real high end product. It's interesting to hear the talk of cost saving over a new boat but even if you buy a brand new Princess you wouldn't quite have that level of quality seen here and Princess MY's are an industry leader. Got to say if I could afford it I would much rather have a pre-owned yacht refitted by Setag than a new one. Far more opulent and bespoke and for less cost than new. Bit of a no-brainer really. I wonder if anyone anywhere in the world has ever looked at a Setag refit and said; ‘meh that’s ok’……. I doubt it as every single one I’ve seen has been exceptional. This is a lesson for anyone starting a business…… i.e. if you provide consistently exceptional service with a ruthless eye for detail, delivery and customer service (rather than just do what it takes to get by) then you WILL succeed. Sometimes I think Setag's success is more down to philosophy and attitude rather than purely skill and workmanship.
