It's been a while since you last uploaded a video! Nice to see this! And did I just see you hand over a piece of ugali to be made into a ball ? 😂 Good job on your Swahili learning progress! 💯👌🏾 There's a book you gave away (not Sanjay Gupta's Keep Sharp, though) that I'd like to get. I don't recall the title. The reading list you've shared just reminded me about it. I guess I'll have to dig for it in your videos.

Hey, I believe the book is The One Thing! That’s also a previous giveaway and a nice read. And I think the ugali master here just wanted to make sure the ugali looked presentable for the video 😂😂

First, I'd like to say thank you for your videos. I moved from the U.S. to Kenya about 5 months ago. Your videos have been super helpful, so I sincerely thank you! I'm in Nairobi and looking for some park recommendations for walking. I currently go to a gym to use the treadmill, but I miss the outdoor walks at a park. Do you, or maybe some of your viewers, have any recommendations? You have an amazing channel, take care!

@@Cole_Pfeiffer_has_a_Fake_Hand Thank you! ☺️ Jaffery in this video is a free sports field in Lavington. City Park east of Parklands is free, as well as the park you can access behind the National Museum. I love Arboretum, and then there is of course Karura Forest that has many different sections for longer walks, recently went to the Sigiria section for the first time and liked it. Hope you find your favourite!

Good work out. I feel like you could accellerate your muscle tone and also lower your fat by running 2 times a week. Running helps to tone your muscles alot faster...

Nooo 😭 Idk why I find running so intimidating but maybe I’ll try, thank you for the tip! Really need to get the fat % slightly lower!

Starting with 'be this and that's is annoying if people could be anything they want then they'd be Gods....book writers needs to stop using this 'be' language.
