Why doesn't the pumice create scratches?

Why not stipple before the initial pumice? Why do the job twice?

You wanna make sure you get all the scratches off. That's easily identified if you haven't stippled. Also, If you stipple before you pumice, you'll polish away your stippling, though, I'm not exactly sure why they didn't just supple before high shine.

At my place we just invest the dentures, shoot Acrylic- Cure Open up Flask - Cut up- Shape Dentures - Anatomy .. then just start Polishing ...When polishing there are a few steps you just have to be doing several times - to get it right . When I polish - omg Each Denture is a Challenge, because Each Denture custom made per Patient . Pumice & steaming and air Drying and looking over Dentures for imperfections. If so- then back to pumice-ing. Etc. Etc. Then when satisfied I put in the Ultra-Sonic Machine for final Cleaning. Whewww sorry

Sodium alginate.. earlier tin foils were used...

Yes we use The Liquid SEPARATER . On our models . AWSOME - Material- Oh thank Heave fir 7- 11. Haaaa
