Page count will depend on font style, font size, dimensions of the actual book, and stuff like that the publisher chooses, but for a rough guesstimate you can divide the word count by 250. That's generally how many words are on a standard page. (Unless the entire page is dialogue or something.)

Also, about the publishing timeline. It takes a really, really long time. It seems about average that between finishing a novel and actually seeing it on shelves is around 3 to 4 years.

I'll be honest with you: if I had almost a quarter million YT community I'd be laughing at traditional publishers, telling them they missed the boat. Don't you realize you've already made it. I think it's less advantageous for you to not self-publish. I guess we'll see.
