This project is beautiful 🤗🤗🤗 Today I used my ( custom alcohol ink dyes I made) to dye lots and lots and lots of papers that I precut…..dried in the sun then ironed! OMG….. so many pretty and vibrant colours🤗🤗🤗ready to be used😊 I will make some journals and use some of your techniques and ideas for the ephemera….I really like how the sewn pages look…. You truly have blessed and skilled hands……along with your vision for making ALL your journals. I have been manipulating paper for a long time and creating unique items…now finding my creative vibe for custom journals and still understand that I too can learn from you!🥰I don’t like making more than about 3/5 of the same style….so my journals are truly original….as I add my own thoughts and ideas to each one! Your teaching process is so easy to follow and I truly appreciate the time you give here on your channel….🥰 So so happy to have not only had your channel come in my feed as I am to join you in the journey of creating beautiful journals🥰

Wow this is so beautiful! I’ve just started Junk journaling and I had not seen magazine pages used this way. I love it. This is first video I watched so I did not see part one yet. Wow I just love it. Great idea to write sermon notes in it. I too like to take a lot of notes it helps me absorb the message better. Very inspiring!

Very new to Junk Journaling and obsessed! I am SOOO inspired by you! But I have been advised that I am not permitted to cut pictures/illustrations out of current magazines, books, etc. Feeling a tad deflated over this after having amassed a nice quantity of these publications from thrift stores. Thank you so much, so how it works is that as long as you are not copying the images you are allowed to use them. so you can cut books up and put it in your journals. There is nothing wrong with that you’re not selling the original as your own.

Thank you Toni! I know this is probably no help. I don’t know what size needle I use. I just get a universal needle for my sewing machine, and I get a heavy duty needle for like Jean and corduroyed stuff like that but the thread usually it’s the thin thread. my favorite thread to use is the ones from Joann’s and hobby lobby the Gütermann brand. My favorite place to shop is JoAnns Amazon and scrapbook.com! Hope this helps😘
