As far as I’m aware all cars engine gearbox combo’s are offset in most rear wheel drive cars ! You’ll also find the foot well infront of the front seats are different widths

Yeah they are always offset to the passenger side, the problem I ran into is the engine and trans were "twisted/angled/pointed" towards the passenger side instead of sitting straight in the chassis. Hopefully, I did it right lol

I'm just curious, with all the work you're doing to make this car fast, why aren't you doing a motor plate/mid plate? Especially with a tube front end the motor plate adds some rigidity to the front frame rails, not to mention ease of servicing the motor/trans.
