Handwriting honestly saved my writing process this year. I got to a point with my novel where I just found it so difficult to type it out and be confronted with the word count that I didn’t know how I would finish it. I basically wrote the second half of it by hand and now it’s 200k+ words and I’m almost done with it! I totally get what you’re saying about the ending feeling anti-climactic but like that’s okay, because I already know this book needs a major re-write so I’m not too stressed about it. I really appreciate how open you are about your writing process - it’s always the highlight of my day when you upload! Oh btw, Jeremiah shares a birthday with one of my characters from my novel (they’re both Halloween babies) - just thought that was a funny coincidence!

Oh I totally get the end-of-project grief, it's been a month and a half since I finished my last project and I'm not back on the horse yet. I've done a little writing, sporadically, but also a bunch of Life happened so it's been backburnered a bit. I actually have some physical projects to work on now, so with any luck that'll help jumpstart my creativity! Best of luck with the new Jeremiah project!!!!

Youve been posting so much lately and I havent even seen the notifications 😭🙏🏻🙏🏻 so glad to hear from your project again, im just arriving at the second act climb in my novel's second draft, and had a bit of a slow go here as the pace changed a bit... But now im so excited to get past this rewrite period and into proper processed writing
