xiaolongbao's are also known as Soup Dumplings. They cook down pork with a lot of gelatin and refrigerate it and make it into a jello cube and then the cube is put into the filling hence why the food was "sweating" LOL

For good zucchini: Chop it up into slices (as you did), then halve those Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into a pan When the pan is hot, put the zucchini in Sprinkle a little of each of: Garlic Powder, Paprika (do this more than others), Salt and Pepper Saute and stir constantly until they are golden-brown and sizzling They go best with some grilled chicken and brown rice (and it's a pretty healthy meal too)

I know Josh ate a zucchini/courgette in the video so I just thought I'd put this small bit of information out there. When you have a zucchini/courgette, test it before you eat it. To do so, just cut the end off and lick the cut end. If it is bitter, throw it away immediately. This is because you can get very ill if you have even a small amount. I learnt the hard way because my mum had grown some courgettes in the garden and we had them with our dinner and they were incredibly bitter. I was the only one I'm my family to actually swallow any and even though I only had about half of a very small piece, the next day I was throwing up and I had diarrhoea. I wanted to put this information out there so that others can avoid it too because it was absolutely horrible. I don't remember what causes them to be bitter so if anyone knows then they can reply. Stay safe. ❤
