I love this snorkel and wear it each time I swim. The common way of moving head side to side started hurting my neck and cause numbness in certain spots over the years so to avoid any type of trauma I purchased a FINIS snorkel (not a coincidence at all; I've always chosen quality over cheap knock offs and believe me there's a huge difference) and absolutely no pain as I can do my laps w/out stopping mid swim.

Can someone tell me weather the centre snorkel training can increase endurance if I swim lots /high volume with it ?? As in, would I increase lung endurance from using the centre snorkel ??

This video would be much more useful if you would use visual examples instead of phrases that only experienced team swimmers understand, such as: "wider entry on the front end".

It's very hard for me to use because I keep blowing out my nose instead of my mouth any tips?

We suggest using a nose clip to help your body get used to breathing out of your mouth.

Yes. Blow out your mouth...I mean, really, how hard is it to persevere until you train yourself to do that? First world problems for the win.

Hi Jing! We would recommend the Stability Snorkel! It was designed for high speeds, it is light weight, and the most comfortable!

Two points: 1. BPA. But I bet most swim gear from all companies have harmful chemicals, even swim goggles. 2. Some reviews on Amazon alege that the latest manufacturing of these has reduced the original quality.

Despite some negative reviews, I purchased this snorkel. Fantastic! No leaks, seems well made. Without the need to breath over the air, I am now able to swim further and so have a better workout. Haven't gotten water in the tube yet since I'm just doing slow and steady swimming for stroke improvements. Only cons I have is the forehead support is very hard and has a very slight vertical lean. Not a biggie.

It great but most pools will not allow u to use one. Some type of pool policy...it’s a shame. Losing battle.
