Why does the load you input have to be multiplied by the gravitational acceleration of 9.81? and is the load you apply a distributed load or concentrated?

We need to give input in Newton only. So converting Kgs to N. I have selected the whole area for applying load it is distributed load only.

Is there something wrong with the load that I input, especially on the unit? and what is the meaning of equivalent stress? please answer
