Yes sir u r absolutely right the real competitor in our life is we ourselves! To achieve something we have to overcome our own bad habits , our own negativity! We have almost reached our 70%goal if we have overcome that! Sir u r amazing showcasing the real game of our lives! Leading people by default is in infinite game. An example of this is if we take care of people today, even at the result of a short term loss, they will turn around and take care of our company and customer exponentially more. If we take care of them they won't let us fail and will look to assist the company with improving year over year.

I think most people dont even realize it's a game and thus cannot even get into the mindset that's necessary to figure out whether if they are in a finite or infinite game. Step 1 I'd say is to figure out: "it's a game!"
