Personally I'd think Vigil absolutely desperately needs his ability to counter Lion's. Remember, Siege is a game that is grounded, granted, but not necessarily realistic. Vigil as a operator does absolutely nothing for his team and exposes himself immediately when he uses his ability.

stealthninja The problem is that Lion is meant to counter roamers. If you make Cav and Vigil counter Lion, he might as well not exist. It would give Vigil a great buff but Cav makes more sense realistically, so it's a difficult decision Ubi.

David Wells I wouldn’t really say that he’s a counter to roamers. Especially at the beginning of the match, they can just hold still and run away with their three speed. But later in the round, nearly everyone is affected especially if you did a plant or your rushing objective. I see to many people using lions ability in the beginning of the round and completely wasting it because roamers can just stand still for 5 seconds.

The Russian Red Dot, Reflex and ACOG are all better than the NATO optics, the only Russian Optic which is worse than all the NATO ones are the Russian Holo (which is god awful and i have no idea why Chris reccomended it, since it is not only extremely inaccurate and has a horrible recticle, but also has one of the bulkiest sight housings)

I use a combo of Jackal, then when I track someone we lion scan and they almost always stay where they are but we're going to know exact location regardless of whether they move or not. Usually Blitz and I will push mad hard and take them out. It hasn't failed yet.

Small addition, if you are lying down and move your aim and it causes your legs to move, even if you didn't input any body movement it'll detect you

claymore can be used in a smart way though. say theres two entrances to a room. you block one off with the claymore then go to the other and start the scan. if they get scanned and know where you're coming from they'll panic and try to run away and right into your claymore trap

The 6P41 is actually quite good. I use it on Fuze and having the ability to fire continuously really comes in handy at pinning people down or while you're trying to get a enemy with a good angle on you. Also firing through floors and walls with it is nice as well.

Just a heads up it does make sense that Mute is actually a direct counter as Lion ELECTRONICALLY starts up his -drone- it is a JAMMER so it would stop the ELECTRONIC range of Lions drone. **EDIT** I do know it is a vibration that detects people yet it must use electricity to start it.

I've also noticed that if you're prone and you turn more than 45 degrees, your body "moves" and it scans you. Seems kind of inconsistent, but I've had it happen.

So one tactic I do with my friend is one of us plays Lion and the Other plays fuze, because well Lion can make them stop moving and fuze can kill them with his fuze, using this tactic with lion, lion will either be able to spot the enemies or fuze gets kills.

Fuze and Lion are also a good combo. Fuze fuze in and lion scan, the enemies have to run and they are detected.

When you are shocking a reinforced wall with bandit and you're getting scanned, you could get scanned while doing it. It might only be for Xbox or Ps4 though

The 6P41 LMG isn’t even bad on Finka, most of the negatives are reduced by a lot with her boost. The ADS time is shorter, the reload is *slightly* faster and the recoil is minimal, meaning you can have 100 rounds of pure prefire if needed. Granted it *presumably* has lower DPS when compared to the SPEAR .308

Connor Mac from what I understand, if finka is on the team, all attackers have the nanobots. Finkas ability then sends a signal to all of these bots which respond by activating the adrenal surge. If only finka had the bots, only she would receive the stim. Now, this would have to be wireless communication and thus, mute jams it. If finka is near a jammer, she can't send the signal. It stands to reason that the others shouldn't be able to receive it. That being said, attackers can still get on their phones when they're near jammers, I think, so logic might not apply

I would like to say Finka’s LMG is very powerful with her. Everybody disproves it because it’s not effective with fuze but after the buff LMG’s got plus the boosted accuracy the LMG has almost no recoil and is very OP for consistent accurate fire.
