Je trouve qu'ils sont très beaux les trains Finlandais avec de belles couleurs. The loading gauge in Finland is 5,3 m (17 ft 5 in) high. According to Transtech, the manufacturer of those bilevel cars, they are only 10 cm (4 in) lower than the maximum gauge.

Those double deck trains in Finland are roomy inside too, with services like kids play corner etc. Comfortable for the long rides to northern Finland.

Saint Petersburg to Vyborg/Helsinki with the Allegro, often driven, I like. The Pendolino in Switzerland was the catastrophe train (ETR 470)

VR isn now the company name, but comes from (Suomen) Valtion Rautatiet - in English (Finnish) State Railways
