I know he shouldn't have broken the rules but a one match suspension should have been enough and not all of the Six Nations games. Surely you must pick your best players if you want to win matches,but Townsend has different opinions.

Same old story of a super talented player who have been played for below par squads as the likes of Parisse (said by an italian). If he played for top countries such as England or NZ he would had an even greater carrer.

He's never played for below par squads though he's always played with top world class players calling Glasgow Warriors and Scotland below par squads when those teams consisted of Himself, Hogg, Watson, Maitland, Laidlaw, Jones, Johnson, Gray, McInally, Nakawara, Naiyavoro, Johnson, Matawalu etc etc the problem is he plays with players who seem to be mentally blocked at the thought of Success both Glasgow and Scotland tend to capitulate at the thought of success or when there was genuine belief they could achieve something
