@@pondbus1ness It's hard to compare Barrett and Hogg mainly because Barrett plays for New Zealand and most of the time New Zealand are the dominant force in Rugby. I'd personally say Hogg is better you just have to look at what he does for Scotland especially for the first half of his career when Scotland were probably the worst as they've ever been yet he still won player of the six Nations twice.
