Finn should’ve been the main protagonist. His relationship with Rey, his rise as a non legacy related character, his struggle to foster change and free people enslaved by the First Order. Damn he really wouldve made a better “new Luke” than Rey was.

Exactly. I remember watching the first movie and invested into thinking FINN was the main character. Then it all went jar jar bink sideways. I was thoroughly disappointed. He would been the new Han Solo in my opinion.

Thank you. Finn has more than they gave him and you showed it wonderfully. Without the distraction if other plot threads Finn is a friend and a fighter. Someone who broke past his programming and fought to do what was right when it scared him the most. Finn's a wonderful character past all the rubbish

Finn got the worst treatment after the force awakens. But weirdly, he is still my favorite character next to Luke and Obi Wan. I wrote a song about Finn right after The Last Jedi came out and it goes perfectly with this video. This new trilogy should've been about The Runaway or at least more focus on him. I think the reason that Finn is now Force sensitive, is because the Force is reawakening. The Force was dormant because Palpatine was still alive, and was only accessed by the people who could stop him for good. I think that’s also why the new Jedi and Republic had collapsed…it wasn’t time for both of them to be rebuilt yet.

Wow! This is......incredible and so EPIC. I literally got goosebumps watching this. What a beautifully edited masterpiece. I love and adore Finn so much. He's my favorite character from the sequel trilogy. It breaks my heart that Lucasfilm REALLY dropped the ball and pushed him aside. But I'm not gonna talk about the negative shit here. I want to praise you for your work in highlighting all the good qualities that Finn has. He is selfless, he is brave, he is loyal (despite being labeled a traitor...I liked that juxtaposition bit in your editing btw), he is headstrong, he is kind hearted, he is intelligent (despite being painted as being the "comic relief").....he is, in my eyes, the most interesting character of these movies and had the most potential for something greater, but Disney..........oh Disney SMH. Anyways, this is a FANTASTIC tribute to an amazing character that deserved so much more. Played by an actor who certainly deserved so much more. I wish John could see this and I hope he knows that despite everything that has happened, there are people out there who absolutely LOVE Finn and applaud his performance and continue to fight for his injustice. Amazing and beautiful work! :)

I would go see this movie. Here's the thing, they made these movies far more about the action instead of the characters. Examples are there was always action because then they would actually have to tell a story but that takes work. In the first 2 trilogies the characters drove the story but here it was the opposite. Now these movies are entirely forgettable.
