The non-reclining business class seat is a big minus of this product, which can make many passengers to choose other airlines instead. The soft product was nice but I think fully flat seat is the most important thing which people are expecting when they paid much higher for business class.

Thank you for your great video! Finnair is a Weight Watcher's Airline: look at the size of those meals! In addition, the two tiny pieces are called "selection of cheese"/"cheese platter". Nothing wrong with the seat even for a big guy, but their catering is usually poor and their amenity kit must be the poorest on the market. Always 4 pilots in the cockpit - why on earth do you need 4 pilots on one of the most modern aircraft on the market? If you know the answer, please tell us all.

Yes, agree that their business class feels lean but I really do love the very innovative AirLounge seat and for me that compensates for the food. Thank you for your very insightful comments.

The A350 only needs 2 pilots to fly but l guess the other 2 are stand ins while the other set goes on a break.

@@RobMiami787 I love these non reclining seats despite what others say. The seat gave so much privacy and you can really relax in comfort within. The 14 hours literally flew by! Have you flown Finnair business class?

Well i was thinking about jfk to Helsinki then to B K K IN BUSINESS CLASS BUT AFTER HEARING THIS I MIGHT GO LUFTHANSA OR AIR FRANCE OR MAYBE THILAND .

How much time did this flight take from Helsinki to Singapore?

@@nicholasngo5428 I don’t remember exactly anymore but probably about 13 hours plus. It was long because these days they have to avoid Russia altogether on routes to Asia.

I flew Finnair business class Bangkok to Sydney a few months ago. It was without doubt the worst business class flight I have ever experienced. The bucket seats are non adjustable so you’re stuck at a 90 degree angle. Torture. Never again Finnair.

@ After I was seated I asked the flight attendant how could I adjust my seat. She told me I couldn’t. I looked at her in stunned disbelief. Toward the end of the flight she actually apologised for the uncomfortable seat. I told they were shocking. She agreed.
