little late on that but on "what they'll say about us" finneas sings about Nick Cordero fight upon covid. in 2020, Nick was one the first famous people to die by the virus and his case got so much attention. the baby part you were confused makes refference to nick's son whos was too young when he died, finneas sings about he not being able to see how they're looking alike as he grows.
