Thanks for uploading, you made them really well. I'm trying the recipe with my Finnish son now. Eating it with coffee would be more traditional for Finland, but other than that this is perfect :)

If you wanted to store these for a longer time, would you recommend freezing these before or after baking?

I would recommend freezing them after baking. I would freeze them on a baking sheet, and then once they are fully frozen you can transfer them to a Ziploc bag to store in the freezer.

All-purpose flour is a type of wheat flour. You can use the standard kind made for baking. If you let me know what country you're in, I can try to find out the equivalent of all-purpose flour in your country.
