My hometown has a lot of Finnish-Americans, and we've always called Pulla, Nisu. It is absolutely delicious! Makes a beautiful dough, too. Great video.

Karelian pies (karajalanpiirakka) are definitely delicious too! My family was originally from the Karelian isthmus until they had to flee in the winter war in 1941. I still cook all the traditional food I grew up on 😄
