A couple takeaways from this video: 1`. 33 mins and no commercials. Better than TV. Not a waste of 33 mins of my life 2. If I were the passenger, I would have been beating the driver over the head. I wouldn't want to get killed when he has to pay the fine. 3. Cop had the rev limiter kick in a couple of times because he hit the red line. Should know when to shift. 4. If this were in the USA, you would have seen the cops kick the driver's a$$ for a good couple of minutes. If the driver was black, the cops would have shot him dead. US cops are out of control. Bravo to Finnish police. 5. Looks like the Finnish have boss motorcycles. There's only a few bike on the market that they can't outrun. 6. Needless to say, I own a touring bike. I drive like an old man

May have been a transmission issue. Seemed like there may have been issues getting into third gear. Regardless he just stuck with the chase, forcing an error without making a fatal one of his own.

It's worth noting that it can be really hard to hear/feel the bike bouncing the rev limiter with so much wind and the sirens. It would already take a pretty skilled rider to shift absolutely optimally. I'm sure the adrenaline of being in such a high speed chase didn't help either - the amount of concentration required for that kind of riding might leave you forgetting to shift a couple times.

Our jail sentences are a joke. The man escaping here had killed a man in 2002 and in 2014 he was already free and shot someone in the leg with a shotgun (did not die). And now in 2016 (this chase was in last summer) he was free again and only got a 23 month sentence from this. He will probably be free in less than 12 months thanks to "good behavior" and all that shit. The passenger probably will not go to jail when he can just say "I told him to stop!" lol and all charges will be dropped. finnish police dont have own helis, they borrow helis from finnish border patrol. But border patrol cant always supply heli very fast and this could happen.

Menee Sami LC8, ei nyt kokonaan, mutta just se pikkunen sieltä jää saamatta kun pykällät sitä ihan päin helvettiä... Ei V2 väännä siellä rajottimessa enää. Toisaalta, uskon että tuon saa laittaa kokemattomuuden piikkiin. Mutta hauska laite all in all, eiks jeh ? :D Nuo nyt jäi kiinni.... olis jäänyt ilman tota hurjasteluakin. The Finnish police around Espoo/Helsinki mainly use either Honda VFR 1200s or Yamaha FJR 1300s, I'm not enough of a bike expert to tell you if those makes fit with the engine and transmission sounds though.

Tmpp88 might be the FJR, doesn't sound like a V4
