@@Expeditionist_01 I used to live in that apartment but moved in Ritakatu 13. I've left Finland for more than a year now and I really do missed living in Tampere.

Was your room furnished or you bought the furniture?

Nope, it was an unfurnished when I bought it. But surprisinlgly, there are furnished apartments which are cheaper than my one.

Around 20m^2. You can check on TOAS websites' floor plans.

@@Tanvirrahmannibir For me, my room is more than enough. And our apartment has 3 rooms (including my one) and shared spaces as the kitchen, balcony, bathroom and toilet. It's perfectly fine for a single tenant. Altogether, our apartment has 69.5 m^2.

@@Expeditionist_01 my one is also same in 62 meter square total but I thought 12.9 meter sq will be bigger now thinking about it I might lack some space have to change after some month I guess

can these student accomodation is available for couple also ?

Usually TOAS will not allow single apartments for couples. You can apply for either family apartments or two rooms in a shared a apartment like these. For the second option you have to add a note by letting them know, you are willing to stay in the same apartment.
