Tiltu's road ( road from lake Röhö ) refers to two announcers of Soviet radio propaganda, who were called Tiltu by Finnish soldiers. In the continuation war, catering lotta Elsa Lampi served in the same unit at Uhtua as Erkki Tiesmaa, who wrote the song. She was the song's lotta "Lunkreeni", Tiesmaa changed the lotta's last name because Lampi did not fit into the rhymes.
