I salute your guts to make a video highlighting the corruption in this sector and exposing the corrupt people and the shell companies who are involved in the manipulation process. As an investor, I came across some shell companies listed on BSE & NSE who have floated shell companies on these platforms just to extract people's money, and then actually they are diverting these funds to their other main businesses but not into the businesses/companies for which it is primarily intended. Also, such companies don't respect their shareholders since they are not accountable to them.

Superb video on SME IPO. The shares allotment process in all Mainboard and SME IPOs should be transparent and done online through Zoom calls, where all investors should be called. According to the report, I am shocked to know that some Registrars are also involved in doing settings with operators in allotment of hit IPOs, which cheats small investors who put their hard-earned money in such IPOs. Also, recent controversies regarding corruption by regulators NSE & SEBI are worrying.

Good topic. But one needs to think that are the companies getting listed in mainline honest? Do companies like paytm, LIC justified the price tag they were quoted? Paytm is a private company. But what abt LIC? Its a govt owned and govt of India brought it's IPO. And when govt itself is trying to sell its share at relatively high price for its gain, then pvt companies are no way wrong to do so.

What if the GMP is high & we get high listing gain??? This is win -win situation. Getting allotment is very hard in SME. SME ipo's are better for listing gains. Just check the GMP before applying and then pray for listing 😅.

Just one small observation which you may want to look at 12:44 min on your video you are stating that there is a very high risk with SME IPOs and the dialgauge chart you are presenting is a bit confusing... High Risk indicator is fine but the color on the right of dial gauge should be RED instead of Green... Thank you!

😢😢 Bhaiya main RNFI service ke sme ipo apply kiya par nhi mila, to usko listing day par buy kiya jo ki 2 gune daam par kharida 2.4L, company ke sabhi fundamentals sahi lage , tabhi liye.. aur listed bhi 90% jo ki abhi ke government ke anusar iske uper listing ho nhi sakta, to laga ke ye aur aage jayega to le liya.. Achanak se buy karte hi 10 bje list hote hi lower circuit lag laga, aur abhi tak laga hai, sell nhi ho pa rha hai bahut jyada loss ho gya hai abhi ur n jane kitna hoga.., koi trick ho to sell karne ka batayen? 😢
